With over 2.8 million golfers using Hole19 in over 180 countries and thousands more golfers joining every month, Hole19 is one of the world's largest golf communities. The Director of People reports directly to the CEO and will play a crucial role in helping scale our business by leading the recruitment of new team members as well as developing the talent we already have.
You'll be successful at Hole19 because you'll:
- Develop Hole19’s people strategy and employer brand to attract the best external talent.
- Design & implement a people development strategy to improve & retain internal talent.
- Ensure our HR processes comply within the legal frameworks of the countries we hire and operate in.
- Create & manage the headcount plan & budget.
- Work with the CEO to build a best-in-class Senior Leadership Team.
- Work with senior leaders on their recruitment and retention plans.
- Design & implement an employee performance evaluation & improvement framework.
- Manage and grow the People division as the company scales.
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years of experience in building and scaling a people function within a growing technology company.
- Experience in creating People strategies in line with business objectives and responsibility for overall headcount budget.
- You have a deep understanding of recruiting tactics in the technology space and/or golf industry.
- You have worked on developing career growth plans, and compensation & performance reviews for team members.
- You will help us design a collaborative and effective work environment with a distributed and remote team.
